Existing Wachovia Credit Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Credit Agreement dated as of August 25, 2004, among the Borrower, Wachovia Bank, National Association, as Administrative Agent, and the lenders party thereto, together with any and all amendments and supplements thereto.
