Exiting Employee definition

Exiting Employee means an Outgoing Administering Authority Employee who is listed in the Exiting Employees List and who is intended to transfer to a Replacement Administering Authority on a Handover Date; "Exiting Employees List" means the list of Outgoing Administering Authority Employees agreed between the Outgoing Administering Authority and the Replacement Administering Authority in accordance with this Schedule 3 (as such list is updated before the relevant Handover Date by agreement between the Parties);
Exiting Employee means an Outgoing Host Authority Employee who is listed in the Exiting Employees List and who is intended to transfer to a Replacement Host Authority on a Handover Date;
Exiting Employee means an employee of the Supplier employed or engaged in providing the Services (or some of them) who transfers (or, if the context requires, will transfer) under a Relevant Transfer to a Successor or to MML;
