Gilead shall devote Diligent Efforts to Commercialize a Product for use in the treatment of HIV infection in the Gilead Expanded Territory in accordance with this Agreement.
Until the MAH Transfer, JT hereby grants Gilead the right to reference all of JT’s (including its Affiliates, Sublicensees and distributors) Regulatory Approvals for the Products for the Licensed Indication in Japan, and all subsequent correspondence and data submissions relating thereto, in Gilead’s regulatory filings for Products for the Licensed Indication in the Gilead Expanded Territory.
