Expansion Facilities definition

Expansion Facilities means any new facilities to be constructed by Union in order to provide Transportation Services;
Expansion Facilities means those FCRTS modifications or additions that Bonneville determines are required to provide Transmission Service to the Customer and to other Open Season Participants in aggregate.
Expansion Facilities means the electrical distribution system services and facilities required to be installed or constructed as more particularly described in Schedule “C” hereto;

  • If requests for firm transportation services cannot be met through existing capacity such that the only way to satisfy the requests for transportation service would require the construction of Expansion Facilities which create new capacity, Union shall allocate any such new capacity by open season, subject to the terms of the open season, and these General Terms and Conditions.

More Definitions of Expansion Facilities

Expansion Facilities means those pipeline, compression and related facilities which Westcoast determines to be required to enable it to provide the Expansion Service and which will be more particularly described in Westcoast’s application to the National Energy Board for approval to construct and operate such facilities;
Expansion Facilities means the Facilities providing incremental Storage capacity of 880,000 barrels (140,000 m3 and vaporization capacity of 1,170,000 Dt per Day.

Expansion Facilities means the approximately 7,000 square foot addition to the Series 2017 Facilities to be owned by the Borrower and financed with the proceeds of the Construction Loan.
