Initial Facilities definition

Initial Facilities means the Initial Revolving Credit Facility and the Initial Term Facility.

Initial Facilities means the real and personal property, facilities, structures, improvements and equipment to be acquired and constructed in connection with the initial operation of the Project as generally described on EXHIBIT I. In connection with the Completion of Development and at such other times as it deems necessary, UAMPS shall submit updates to EXHIBIT I to the Project Management Committee for approval.

Initial Facilities means the Initial Revolving Facility and the Initial Term Facility.

More Definitions of Initial Facilities

Initial Facilities means the interstate natural gas pipeline system known as the Southern Natural Gas Company interstate pipeline system and related equipment and other infrastructure described on Exhibit A.

Initial Facilities means those facilities described in clause (a) of the definition of Mainline Facilities.
