Expected Profit Rate definition

Expected Profit Rate means the expected rate of profit on the Investment amount over a period of one calendar year as stated on EIB’s website and as amended from time to time for the relevant Investment Slab.
Expected Profit Rate means such annual rate of profit as set out in the Investment Agency Agreement.

More Definitions of Expected Profit Rate

Expected Profit Rate means the Expected Profit expressed as an annual rate of return as declared by the Bank on a monthly basis;
Expected Profit Rate means the annual amount of profit (expressed as a rate of return) we expect to generate for you by investing the funds placed in your Sirat Fixed Term Deposit, as agreed with you from time to time for each deposit;
Expected Profit Rate means the expected profit rate expressed as a percentage rate per annum applicable to Deposits from time to time which shall be determined by BEALF on each Expected Profit Rate Determination Date based on a forecast of Expected Net Eligible Asset Returns in the next succeeding Expected Profit Rate Period and communicated to the Participant in accordance with the Operating Procedures;
Expected Profit Rate means: (a) in respect of the first ten (10) years from the Issue Date, such projected constant rate as determined by the Issuer and set out in the Issue Request applicable to the whole Investment Capital amount outstanding; and (b) in respect of the period commencing from the beginning of the 11th year from the Issue Date and ending on the date of full redemption of the Bonds, a rate being a step up of 100 basis points from the projected rate mentioned in item (a) above, applicable to the whole Investment Capital amount outstanding; For the avoidance of doubt, in the event the Applicable Profit Rate falls below the prevailing Expected Profit Rate, the Issuer shall not be obliged to pay the difference between the prevailing Expected Profit Rate and the Applicable Profit Rate and such difference between the prevailing Expected Profit Rate and the Applicable Profit Rate shall not constitutes Arrears of Profit;

  • Floating Profit/Loss means current profit/loss on Open Positions calculated at the current Quotes.

  • SBI 1 Year MCLR Rate means 1 year Marginal Cost of Funds Based Lending Rate (MCLR) fixed by State Bank of India (SBI) / any replacement thereof by SBI for the time being in effect applicable for 1 year period, as on 1st April of the respective financial year in accordance with regulations and guidelines of Reserve Bank of India. In absence of such rate, any other arrangement that substitutes such rate as mutually agreed to by the Parties.

  • Adjusted LIBOR Rate means, at any time with respect to any LIBOR Loan, a rate per annum equal to the LIBOR Rate as in effect at such time plus the Applicable Margin Percentage for LIBOR Loans as in effect at such time.

  • Projected PJM Market Revenues means a component of the Market Seller Offer Cap calculated in accordance with Tariff, Attachment DD, section 6. Proportional Multi-Driver Project: “Proportional Multi-Driver Project” shall have the same meaning provided in the Operating Agreement. Pseudo-Tie:

  • Adjusted Net Earnings from Operations means, with respect to any fiscal period of Foamex, the net income of Foamex and its Subsidiaries after provision for income taxes for such fiscal period, as determined in accordance with GAAP on a consolidated basis (excluding the Joint Ventures and the China Joint Venture) and reported on the Financial Statements for such period, excluding any and all of the following included in such net income: (a) gain or loss arising from the sale of any capital assets; (b) gain (or loss) arising from any write-up (or write-down) in the book value of any asset; (c) earnings of any Person, substantially all the assets of which have been acquired by Foamex or any of its Subsidiaries in any manner, to the extent realized by such other Person prior to the date of acquisition; (d) earnings of any Person (other than Foamex Canada and the Mexican Subsidiaries and their respective Subsidiaries) in which Foamex or any of its Subsidiaries has an ownership interest unless (and only to the extent) such earnings shall actually have been received by Foamex or any of its Domestic Subsidiaries in the form of cash distributions; (e) earnings of any Person to which assets of Foamex or any of its Subsidiaries shall have been sold, transferred or disposed of, or into which Foamex or any of its Subsidiaries shall have been merged, or which has been a party with Foamex or any of its Subsidiaries to any consolidation or other form of reorganization, prior to the date of such transaction; (f) gain or loss arising from the acquisition of debt or equity securities of Foamex or any of its Subsidiaries or from cancellation or forgiveness of Debt; and (g) gain or loss arising from extraordinary items, as determined in accordance with GAAP.

  • Adjusted One Month LIBOR Rate means, an interest rate per annum equal to the sum of (i) 1.00% per annum plus (ii) the Adjusted LIBO Rate for a one month Interest Period on such day (or if such day is not a Business Day, the immediately preceding Business Day); provided that, for the avoidance of doubt, the Adjusted LIBO Rate for any day shall be based on the Screen Rate at approximately 11:00 a.m. London time on such day.

  • unrealized profits means the fair market value of the gain to such Person of replacing such Rate Management Transaction as of the date of determination (assuming such Rate Management Transaction were to be terminated as of that date).

  • Adjusted LIBO Rate means, with respect to any Eurodollar Borrowing for any Interest Period, an interest rate per annum (rounded upwards, if necessary, to the next 1/16 of 1%) equal to (a) the LIBO Rate for such Interest Period multiplied by (b) the Statutory Reserve Rate.

  • Gross Operating Profit For any Fiscal Year, the excess of Gross Revenues for such Fiscal Year over Gross Operating Expenses for such Fiscal Year.

  • Three-Month LIBOR Rate means the rate determined in accordance with the following provisions:

  • Rate of Gross Profit means the gross profit earned expressed as a percentage of the turnover during the period between the date of the commencement of the business and the date of the incident.

  • Gross Income from Operations means, during any period, all sustainable income as reported on the financial statements delivered by Borrower in accordance with this Agreement, computed in accordance with GAAP, derived from the ownership and operation of the Property from whatever source during such period, including (i) Rents from Tenants that are in occupancy, open for business and paying full contractual rent without right of offset or credit, (ii) utility charges, (iii) escalations, (iv) forfeited security deposits, (v) interest on credit accounts, (vi) service fees or charges, (vii) license fees, (viii) parking fees, (ix) rent concessions or credits, (x) income from vending machines, (xi) business interruption or other loss of income or rental insurance proceeds, (xii) other required pass-throughs and (xiii) interest on Reserve Funds, if any, but excluding (i) Rents from month-to-month Tenants, Tenants during a free-rent period, or Tenants that are included in any Bankruptcy Action, (ii) sales, use and occupancy or other taxes on receipts required to be accounted for by Borrower to any Governmental Authority, (iii) refunds and uncollectible accounts, (iv) sales of furniture, fixtures and equipment, (v) Insurance Proceeds (other than business interruption or other loss of income or rental insurance), (vi) Awards, (vii) unforfeited security deposits, (viii) utility and other similar deposits and (ix) any disbursements to Borrower from the Reserve Funds, if any. Gross income shall not be diminished as a result of the Security Instrument or the creation of any intervening estate or interest in the Property or any part thereof.

  • Rate Year means July 1st of a given Calendar Year through June 30th of the succeeding Calendar Year.

  • Cost Savings has the meaning assigned to it in the definition of “Consolidated EBITDA”.

  • Reference Year shall have the meaning given it in the Summary.

  • Operating Profit means the excess of Gross Revenues over the following deductions (“Deductions”) incurred by Manager, on behalf of Owner, in operating the Hotel:

  • One Month LIBOR Rate means, with respect to any interest rate calculation for a Loan or other Obligation bearing interest at the Alternate Base Rate, a rate per annum equal to the quotient (rounded upward if necessary to the nearest 1/16th of one percent (0.0625%)) of (i) the rate per annum referred to as the BBA (British Bankers Association) LIBOR RATE as reported on Reuters LIBOR page 1, or if not reported by Reuters, as reported by any service selected by Administrative Agent on the applicable day (provided that if such day is not a Eurodollar Banking Day for which a Eurodollar Rate is quoted, the next preceding Eurodollar Banking Day for which a Eurodollar Rate is quoted) at or about 11:00 a.m., London time (or as soon thereafter as practicable), for Dollar deposits being delivered in the London interbank eurodollar currency market for a term of one month commencing on such date of determination, divided by (ii) one minus the Reserve Requirement in effect on such day. If for any reason rates are not available as provided in clause (i) of the preceding sentence, the rate to be used in clause (i) shall be, at Administrative Agent’s discretion (in each case, rounded upward if necessary to the nearest one-sixteenth (1/16) of one percent (0.0625%)), (1) the rate per annum at which Dollar deposits are offered to the Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market or (2) the rate at which Dollar deposits are offered to the Administrative Agent in, or by Xxxxx Fargo to major banks in, any offshore interbank eurodollar market selected by Administrative Agent, in each case on the applicable day (provided that if such day is not a Eurodollar Banking Day for which Dollar deposits are offered to Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market, the next preceding Eurodollar Banking Day for which Dollar deposits are offered to Administrative Agent in the London interbank eurodollar currency market) at or about 11:00 a.m., London time (or as soon thereafter as practicable) (for delivery on such date of determination) for a one month term. Each determination by Administrative Agent pursuant to this definition shall be conclusive absent manifest error.

  • SOFR Compounded Index means the Compounded Daily SOFR rate as published at 15:00 (New York time) by Federal Reserve Bank of New York (or a successor administrator of SOFR) on the website of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, or any successor source; and

  • Annualized EBITDA means, for the four consecutive quarters ending on each Reporting Date, the Operating Partnership’s Pro Rata Share (as defined below) of earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (“EBITDA”), with other adjustments as are necessary to exclude the effect of all realized or unrealized gains and losses related to hedging obligations, items classified as extraordinary items and impairment charges in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles, adjusted to reflect the assumption that (i) any EBITDA related to any assets acquired or placed in service since the first day of such four-quarter period had been earned, on an annualized basis, from the beginning of such period, and (ii) any assets disposed of during such four-quarter period had been disposed of as of the first day of such period and no EBITDA related to such assets had been earned during such period.

  • Earnings from Operations for any period means net earnings excluding gains and losses on sales of investments, extraordinary items and property valuation losses, as reflected in the financial statements of the Company and its Subsidiaries for such period, determined on a consolidated basis in accordance with GAAP.

  • Blended Rate means, with respect to any Taxable Year, the sum of the effective rates of tax imposed on the aggregate net income of the Corporate Taxpayer in each state or local jurisdiction in which the Corporate Taxpayer files Tax Returns for such Taxable Year, with the maximum effective rate in any state or local jurisdiction being equal to the product of: (i) the apportionment factor on the income or franchise Tax Return filed by the Corporate Taxpayer in such jurisdiction for such Taxable Year, and (ii) the maximum applicable corporate tax rate in effect in such jurisdiction in such Taxable Year. As an illustration of the calculation of Blended Rate for a Taxable Year, if the Corporate Taxpayer solely files Tax Returns in State 1 and State 2 in a Taxable Year, the maximum applicable corporate tax rates in effect in such states in such Taxable Year are 6% and 5%, respectively and the apportionment factors for such states in such Taxable Year are 60% and 40%, respectively, then the Blended Rate for such Taxable Year is equal to 5.6% (i.e., 6% times 60% plus 5% times 40%).

  • Rate of Return means the rate used to determine the amount credited monthly to a Participant’s Account under Article IV. Such rate shall be determined by the Administrative Committee based upon the net performance of the Earnings Indices selected by the Participant.

  • Daily Non-Cumulative Compounded RFR Rate means, in relation to any U.S. Government Securities Business Day during a Floating Rate Interest Period for a Loan (or any part of it), the percentage rate per annum determined by the Facility Agent in accordance with the methodology set out in Schedule 15B (Daily Non-Cumulative Compounded RFR Rate) or in any relevant Compounding Methodology Supplement.
