We will not charge attorneys’ fees that exceed 15% of the unpaid debt in Alabama, Colorado, Georgia, Kansas, Maine, Missouri, Montana, North Carolina, Oklahoma or South Carolina, 20% of the amount due in New York, or 25% of the unpaid debt in Louisiana. We will not charge attorneys’ fees if the principal amount you owe us is less than $1,000 in Idaho or Wyoming. We will not charge collection costs other than attorneys’ fees if you live in Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, New York, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina or Wyoming.
