Expense Escrow Amount definition

Expense Escrow Amount means an amount equal to $100,000.

Expense Escrow Amount is defined in Section 1.13(f).

• At the Effective Time, Parent will deposit the Expense Escrow Amount into an escrow account (the “Expense Escrow Account”) maintained by an escrow agent determined by the Stockholder Representative without any act of the Stockholders.
