Expert Dispute definition

Expert Dispute means a dispute in respect of the matters set out in section 23.4(a).
Expert Dispute means a Dispute which is referred for determination in accordance with the Expert Determination Procedure;

Examples of Expert Dispute in a sentence

  • An Independent Expert will make a determination on an Independent Expert Dispute and will determine what, if any, adjustments may be necessary between the Parties.

  • Where an Independent Expert Dispute is referred to determination under this clause 25, either Party may serve a notice on the other Party requiring the appointment of an independent expert (Independent Expert).

  • The Parties shall select and agree upon a mutually acceptable independent Third Party expert who is neutral, disinterested and impartial, and has experience relevant to the specific subject matter of the particular Expert Dispute (the “Expert”).

Expert Dispute means a Dispute which:
