Extended Warranty Failure definition

Extended Warranty Failure means the operational or structural malfunction of the Protected Device’s ability to operate, occurring during the usual and customary use of the Protected Device, due to defects in parts or workmanship following the expiration of the original equipment manufacturer’s warranty.
