Extension Amount definition

Extension Amount has the meaning given to such term in Section 3.09 hereof.
Extension Amount means 110% of the sum of (a) the outstanding principal amount of this Debenture at the expiration of the original Maturity Date, plus (b) accrued and unpaid interest thereon at the expiration of the original Maturity Date, plus (c) all other amounts, costs, expenses and liquidated damages due in respect of this Debenture at the expiration of the original Maturity Date.
Extension Amount means the product of (i) $[ ] multiplied by [(ii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of the number of Initial Equity Trust Securities and Additional Equity Trust Securities and the denominator of which is the number of Initial Equity Trust Securities, multiplied by] (iii) a fraction, the numerator of which is the sum of the Firm Share Base Amount and the Additional Share Base Amount and the denominator of which is the number of Initial Equity Trust Securities and Additional Equity Trust Securities.

Examples of Extension Amount in a sentence

  • Each Credit Extension in respect of each Credit Facility shall be in an amount at least equal to the applicable Minimum Credit Extension Amount for such Credit Facility as set forth in the Credit Facility Schedule or such lesser amount as shall remain undisbursed under the Applicable Commitments for such Credit Facility.

  • The Credit Extension in respect of each Credit Facility shall be funded in a single drawing and shall be in an amount at least equal to the applicable Minimum Credit Extension Amount for such Credit Facility as set forth in the Credit Facility Schedule.

More Definitions of Extension Amount

Extension Amount means, with respect to a Permitted Sale Transaction, either the IM Parks Extension Amount or the PFC Extension Amount, as the context may require.
