External Internet Seats definition

External Internet Seats means Seats which access the specified Program via the Internet; provided that the person at such Seat is not acting in the capacity of an employee, agent or independent contractor of Customer. External Internet Seats may query the Program database and update such database to the extent allowed by Customer's application, but may not use the Program to develop or modify applications or perform other programming tasks. Customer may not Use the specified Program in connection with a website hosted by Customer on behalf of third parties. An Internet Access License does not cover intranet usage or other internal usage and Customer must acquire the necessary Seat licenses for all internal usage of the Program. If Customer purchases (or renews) Support for a Program for which an Internet Access License has been obtained, Customer shall purchase the same level of Support for the Internet Access License as for such Program. "Machine" - A single computer hardware system identified on the applicable Order running a single copy of the Operating System Software.
External Internet Seats means Seats which access the Internet Products via the Internet; provided that the person at such Seat is not acting in the capacity of an employee, agent or independent contractor of Customer. External Internet Seats may query the Internet Products database and update such database to the extent allowed by Customer's application, but may not use the Internet Products to develop or modify applications or perform other programming tasks. The limited use authorized above shall not be deemed to violate the restrictions set forth in the last sentence of Section 2.3 of the Agreement.

Related to External Internet Seats

  • External User means a user of an Online Service that is not an employee, onsite contractor, or onsite agent of Customer or its Affiliates.

  • External Manager means either of the following: (1) A person who is seeking to be, or is, retained by a board or an investment vehicle to manage a portfolio of securities or other assets for compensation, or (2) A person who manages an investment fund and who offers or sells, or has offered or sold, an ownership interest in the investment fund to a board or an investment vehicle.

  • external borders means external borders as defined in point 2 of Article 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/399;

  • Internet Protocol or “IP” means a communications protocol for devices connected to the Internet that specifies the format for addresses and units of transmitted data.

  • External floating roof means a storage vessel cover in an open tank top consisting of a double deck or pontoon single deck which rests upon and is supported by the petroleum liquid being contained and is equipped with a closure seal or seals to close the space between the roof edge and tank shell.

  • Company’s Website means the website of the Company and/or its web-address or domain name (if any).

  • External Resource means a generation resource located outside the metered boundaries of the PJM Region.

  • Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

  • Common Channel Signaling (“CCS”) is a method of digitally transmitting call set-up and network control data over a digital signaling network fully separate from the public switched telephone network that carries the actual call.

  • Common Channel Signaling (CCS means an out-of-band, packet-switched, signaling network used to transport supervision signals, control signals, and data messages. It is a special network, fully separate from the transmission path of the public switched network. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, the CCS protocol used by the Parties shall be SS7.

  • External Verifier means any qualified provider of third party assurance or attestation services or other independent expert of internationally recognised standing appointed by the Issuer, in each case with the expertise necessary to perform the functions required to be performed by the External Verifier under these Conditions, as determined in good faith by the Issuer;

  • Computer network means the interconnection of hardwire or wireless communication lines with a computer through remote terminals, or a complex consisting of 2 or more interconnected computers.

  • External Market Buyer means a Market Buyer making purchases of energy from the PJM Interchange Energy Market for consumption by end-users outside the PJM Region, or for load in the PJM Region that is not served by Network Transmission Service.

  • Web Site means the website that you are currently using (xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) and any sub-domains of this site (e.g. xxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xx.xx) unless expressly excluded by their own terms and conditions.

  • Company Website means the collection of web pages that may be accessed on the World Wide Web using the URL address xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx or such other address as the Company may from time to time designate in writing to the Trustee.

"Multiple Exchange Carrier Ordering and Design" or "MECOD" Guidelines for Access Services - Industry Support Interface, refers to the document developed by the Ordering/Provisioning Committee under the auspices of the Ordering and Billing Forum (OBF), which functions under the auspices of the Carrier Liaison Committee (CLC) of the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions (ATIS). The MECOD document, published by ATIS (0404120-00X), contains recommended guidelines for processing orders for access service which is to be provided by two (2) or more LECs (including a LEC and a CLEC). "N-1 Carrier" means the Carrier in the call routing process immediately preceding the terminating Carrier. The N-1 Carrier is responsible for performing the database queries (under the FCC's rules) to determine the LRN value for correctly routing a call to a ported number. "National Emergency Number Association" or "NENA" is an association which fosters the technological advancement, availability and implementation of 911 Service nationwide through research, planning, training, certification, technical assistance and legislative representation.

  • Internet Domain Names means all rights, title and interests (and all related IP Ancillary Rights) arising under any Requirement of Law in or relating to Internet domain names.

  • Web means the World Wide Web.

  • Internal Use means use of the Sprinklr Services for Customer’s and/or Customer Affiliates’ general business use, solely for the benefit of Customer and/or Customer Affiliates, but does not include use of the Sprinklr Services to provide any services for the benefit of third parties.

  • Farmers market means a marketplace which operates seasonally, principally as a common market for Iowa-produced farm products on a retail basis for consumption elsewhere.

  • External inspection means an inspection that does not involve examination of the internal surfaces of the pressure parts of the boiler.
