Access License definition

Access License means a royalty-free license for the duration of this Agreement, granted to the Provider, Lender, their successors and permitted assigns, and their respective agents and contractors pursuant to, and as further described, in Section 7.2(g).

Examples of Access License in a sentence

  • At any time during the term of DOE’s access to Contractor’s leased premises, either party may propose revisions to the Access License to accommodate changed circumstances.

Related to Access License

  • Site License means for each product, the term “Site License” shall mean the license established upon acquisition of the applicable number of copies of such product and payment of the applicable license fees as set forth in the Statement of Work.
