External Members definition

External Members means an expert serving as an external member on a panel or group established by the Board;

External Members means twelve (12) voting members of the Board none of whom is a full-time employeeor spouse of a full-time employee of the Corporation, as defined by the Family Law Act.

External Members means members of the Council who are neither Staff nor Students of the University and are otherwise independent of the University.

More Definitions of External Members

External Members means those members who are not the Chief Executive, Principal, staff or student members;

External Members means members of the Council who are neither Staff nor Students of the University and are otherwise independent of the University. ‘Officers’ means persons holding any office in the University established under the Charter and the Statutes.
