Extra Work Costs definition

Extra Work Costs means the actual costs incurred by Landlord in connection with the performance of Extra Work, plus Landlord's Profit and Overhead. Landlord's actual costs for the performance of Extra Work shall be determined by reference to the prices set forth on the Work Letter to the extent that the Work Letter contains prices for the type of Extra Work involved.
Extra Work Costs means the direct costs of performing additional work resulting from a Relief Event, including labor, materials, and equipment;
Extra Work Costs means the incremental increase in costs directly attributable to Extra Work, which shall be calculated as provided in Section 10.1.5.10(1) of the Agreement.

Related to Extra Work Costs

  • Extra Work means any work which is determined by City to be necessary for the proper completion of the Project, but which the Parties did not reasonably anticipate would be necessary at the execution of this Agreement.
