Extraordinary overtime definition

Extraordinary overtime means unplanned and/or unscheduled work necessitated by fire, flood, or danger to life or property; or work so urgently necessary that its nonperformance will cause serious loss or damage to the City.
Extraordinary overtime means unscheduled overtime work related to an emergency or other unplanned, unscheduled urgent City business need.

  • Extraordinary overtime including but not limited to income attributed to seasonal work regardless of its percentage of gross income when, in the court's discretion, the inclusion thereof would be inequitable to a party.

  • Extraordinary unspecifiable services means services which are specialized and qualitative in nature requiring expertise, extensive training and proven reputation in the field of endeavor.

  • Management Fee has the meaning given in Section 4.1.
