Unscheduled Work. A bargaining unit member called into work on a day when the unit member is not scheduled to work, or called back to work after the completion of the unit member’s regular assignment shall receive a minimum of two (2) hours’ pay at the appropriate rate of pay in accordance with the contract except as specified below.
5.11.1 If a bargaining unit member is called back to work between midnight and 4:00 a.m., or on holidays as defined in Article 8 after the completion of the unit member’s regular duty assignment, he or she shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours’ pay at the appropriate rate of pay.
5.11.2 The two (2) and three (3) hours’ minimum pay shall not apply to the extension of the workday with no break in duty, whether the extension occurs prior to or after the bargaining unit member’s regular shift.
Unscheduled Work. The Operator may at any time decide to carry out work that was not foreseeable when the Programme of Work was drawn up and that is necessary in order to rapidly correct incidents or accidents suffered by the Terminal (or to prevent such incidents or accidents) or that are imposed by the regulations in force or by the competent authorities. The Program of Work will be adjusted accordingly. The Operator shall endeavour to carry out the work that is not scheduled on the initial Program of Work under conditions that minimise the consequences thereof for the Shippers. In particular, the Operator shall make every effort to avoid carrying out unscheduled work without informing the Shipper thereof twenty-four (24) hours in advance. In compliance with its legal and regulatory obligations at the time of such operations, the Operator shall pass on the consequences thereof to all of the Terminal's shippers in a non-discriminatory manner. The Operator shall inform the Shipper as soon as possible of the start date, duration and foreseeable consequences of the unscheduled work. It shall also list the reasons for this action. If the Operator's obligations related to the reception of LNG made available to it by the Shipper are reduced or suspended under this article, the Operator shall make reasonable efforts, at the request and expense of the Shipper, to receive quantities of LNG that have an Energy Content that is equivalent to those quantities that it cannot or could not receive as a result thereof, during the following year.
Unscheduled Work. When a regular full-time employee is required to work in his regular classification during his assigned days off, he shall be paid at the employee's specific overtime rate, for the time worked, with a minimum of two (2) hours work and/or pay. However, when an employee voluntarily agrees to work in another classification during his assigned days off, he shall be paid at the straight time rate for that classification.
Unscheduled Work. A. One and one-half hours minimum pay shall be paid when any employee is called in for unscheduled work hours. A bus driver going immediately from a regular run to a special run will be paid a minimum of 1/2 hour if the special run is less than 1/2 hour.
B. One and one-half (1-1/2) hours driving time shall be paid to a driver who reports to work no more than 15 minutes before start time when school has been cancelled.
Unscheduled Work. The CONTRACTOR agrees that any work performed outside the scope of the “Statement of Work” section of this document, without the prior written approval of the COUNTY in accordance with Contract, Section 8.4,
Unscheduled Work. Requests for work in real time shall be for urgent or emergency purposes only and shall be coordinated between LADWP’s Load Dispatcher or Senior Subtransmission Dispatcher and Customer’s Operational Agent.

9.1 The County Project Manager or his designee may authorize the Contractor to perform unscheduled work, including, but not limited to, repairs and replacements when the need for such work arises out of extraordinary incidents such as vandalism, acts of God, and third party negligence; or to add to, modify or refurbish existing facilities.
9.2 Prior to performing any unscheduled work, the Contractor shall prepare and submit a written description of the work with an estimate of labor and materials. If the unscheduled work exceeds the Contractor’s estimate, the County Project Director or his designee must approve the excess cost. In any case, no unscheduled work shall commence without written authorization.
9.3 When a condition exists wherein there is imminent danger of injury to the public or damage to property, Contractor shall contact County’s Project Director for approval before beginning the work. A written estimate shall be sent within twenty-four (24) hours for approval. Contractor shall submit an invoice to County’s Project Director within five (5) working days after completion of the work.
9.4 All unscheduled work shall commence on the established specified date. Contractor shall proceed diligently to complete said work within the time allotted.
9.5 The County reserves the right to perform unscheduled work itself or assign the work to another Contractor.
Unscheduled Work. Unscheduled work will be required to be performed and this may require some FTMs to alter work arrangements by individual agreement with little or no notice. The commercial importance of immediately responding to such unscheduled work is accepted by all parties. In establishing the likely sequence for production requirements the parties have agreed to the following example which allows for all “ordinary hours” to be completed by 12 midnight on Fridays: Example Only: FTM on day work (“long week” = 42 ordinary hours) Monday – Ordinary hours 7.00am to 4.00pm = 8.5 ordinary hours Tuesday – Notified of Requirements for Unscheduled docking of Boat and requirement to commence 12 hour rotating shift with day work FTMs Ordinary hours had commenced at 7.00am
(i) FTM allowed to leave at 12.00 midday
(ii) FTM “paid” to 4.00pm = 8.5 ordinary hours
(iii) FTM returns at 7.00pm and commences to work until 10.30pm (on overtime)
(iv) FTM then works “shift’ ordinary hours from 10.30pm to 7.00am at appropriate award rates = 8.5 ordinary hours Wednesday – FTM returns at 7.00pm on overtime until 10.30pm
(i) FTM then works “shift” ordinary hours from 10.30pm to 6.30am at appropriate award rates = 8.5 ordinary hours Thursday – FTM returns at 7.00pm on overtime until 10.30pm
(ii) FTM then works “shift” ordinary hours from 10.30pm to 6.30am at appropriate award rates = 8.0 ordinary hours (This then completes the ordinary hours for the week) Any additional overtime required in excess of the ordinary hours for the “long or short week” will be paid at the appropriate prescribed rate.

Unscheduled Work. (a) Where work becomes available after the posting of the schedule, it will be offered to the most senior, qualified part-time employee at the location and thereafter by seniority. Where there is no available part-time employee, it may be offered to relief employees.
(b) Where the call in is requested within one (1) hour of the starting time of the shift and the employee reports for work no later than one (1) hour after the shift commencement, the employee will be paid as if the entire shift had been worked, provided he/she completes the shift for which he/she was called in.
(c) If the employee reports for work within one (1) hour of the request for call in then the Employer will guarantee a minimum of four (4) hours work.
(d) It is understood that nothing in Articles 17.11, 17.12 and 17.13 will compel the employer to offer unscheduled hours where such offer would result in an overtime payment.
