The Contractor aircrew shall operate aircraft IAW the aircraft’s FAA Airworthiness Certificate 14 CFR requirements, and NAVAIR IFC.
Boeing will manufacture each Aircraft to conform to the appropriate Type Certificate issued by the United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for the specific model of Aircraft and will obtain from the FAA and furnish to Customer at delivery of each Aircraft either an FAA Airworthiness Certificate or, if requested by Customer, an Export Certificate of Airworthiness issued pursuant to Part 21 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
