Facilities Hours definition

Facilities Hours means the times for the provision of relevant Facilities as specified in item 9.

For example, in the absence of any Planned Maintenance beyond 200 hours on any Generation Unit of Event of Force Majeure, the Operational Hours for a wind farm with five separate two MW turbines would be 43,800 for a Contract Year.
