Facility A1 definition

Facility A1 means the term loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in sub-paragraph (a) (i) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).

Facility A1 means the English law governed up to EUR 1,150,000,000 term loan facility made or to be made available to KDVS and/or KDG as an add-on facility under the Credit Agreement for the purposes of, inter alia, repaying any and all outstandings under the Facility A. Facility B is a revolving credit facility made available under the terms of the Credit Agreement.

Facility A1 has the meaning given to that term in Clause 2.1.1;

Examples of Facility A1 in a sentence

• Facility A1 means the English law governed up to EUR 1,150,000,000 term loan facility made or to be made available to KDVS and/or KDG as an add-on facility under the Credit Agreement for the purposes of, inter alia, repaying any and all outstandings under the Facility A.

• The Borrower may not reborrow any part of Euro Term Facility A1, Euro Term Facility A2, Euro Term Facility A3, HUF Term Facility B1 or HUF Term Facility B2 which is repaid.

• The Lenders agree that (without prejudice to Clause 26.19 (Certain Funds Period)) in relation to the Utilisation under Facility A1 and Facility A2 requested to be made during the Certain Funds Period, Clause 4.2 (Further Conditions Precedent) shall only apply if a Certain Funds Default has occurred which is continuing or, in relation to paragraph (b) of Schedule 12 (Certain Funds Default), the relevant parties are in negotiations within the meaning of such paragraph (b).

• The Borrower was required to apply all amounts borrowed by it under each of Euro Term Facility A1 and HUF Term Facility B1 to refinance and repay the Existing Facilities.

• Each Selection Notice for a Euro Term Facility A1 Loan, a Euro Term Facility A2 Loan, a Euro Term Facility A3 Loan, a Euro Revolving Facility Loan, a Euro Capex Facility Loan and an Accordion Facility Loan is irrevocable and must be delivered to the Facility Agent by the Borrower not later than the Specified Time.

More Definitions of Facility A1

Facility A1 means the credit facility designated as the A1 Credit Agreement, dated the Closing Date, by and between EECI and Enbridge Partners, as it may be amended, supplemented or restated from time to time.

Facility A1 means the notes facility made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (d) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities);
