Facility Arranger means, if it accedes as a Party as a Facility Arranger in respect of a Qualifying Senior Facilities Agreement, any arranger of that Qualifying Senior Facilities Agreement.

  • Each Joint Lead Arranger, Joint Bookrunner and Incremental Facility Arranger shall be an intended third party beneficiary of the provisions set forth in this Agreement that are applicable thereto.

  • Sole Lead Arranger means SunTrust Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Inc., in its capacity as sole lead arranger in connection with this Agreement.
