Facility Based Service definition

Facility Based Service means any service or program that occurs in a location serving more than eight individuals.
Facility Based Service means any service or program operated by a service provider that occurs in a location supporting more than eight individuals as a group.
Facility Based Service means service provided in a licensed or certified facility where specific levels of care are provided to meet the needs of the patient/family.

  • Level of service has the meaning set forth in Section 2.02(c).
