Certified facility definition

Certified facility means a facility used to process agricultural products as certified by a corporation pursuant to section 15E.209.
Certified facility means any facility which has received a certification status by the Oklahoma State Board of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services or the ODMHSAS.
Certified facility means any facility that has been certified under Rule .0960 of this Section to perform leak tightness tests on truck tanks.

  • If less than six (6) months prior to the expiration of OCP Membership Agreement Effective Date, there is no need for a self-review of each Certified Facility for the first membership year.

  • Licensee agrees to provide OCP with a direct, active website landing page that displays details about each Certified Facility, and Licensee permits OCP to provide a link to such website landing page in connection with OCP’s activities referenced in this Section 13.
