Qualifying Service definition

Qualifying Service means one year or more of continuous service and residence away from the home country and the country of nationality of a staff member, or the country where the staff member has acquired permanent resident status.
Qualifying Service means the service rendered while on duty or otherwise which shall be taken into account for the purpose of pension under these regulations;
Qualifying Service means service which may be taken into account in determining whether an officer is eligible by length of service for pension or gratuity.
