Facility Group definition

Facility Group means the Facilities, whether one or more, served by a particular Utility as of the Effective Date.

Examples of Facility Group in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, with respect to any Facility Group, each Conduit Lender without a Commitment in such Facility Group may, in its sole discretion, make available to the Borrower the Percentage of the applicable Requested Amount allocable to such Conduit Xxxxxx’s Facility Group.

  • Each Facility Group shall make its Percentage of the applicable Requested Amount on each Borrowing Date by wire transfer of immediately available funds by 3:00 p.m. (New York City time) to the account designated by the Borrower on the related Request for Advance.

Related to Facility Group

  • Facility means the entire operation located on the property where the Equipment is located;
