Facility Management Company definition

Facility Management Company shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Clause 9.8 of this Agreement;
Facility Management Company means the person(s)/agency/body who may be appointed by the Developer/Seller and shall be responsible for maintenance and upkeep of the said complex subject to the Purchaser making payment of the CAM Charges as hereinafter appearing.
Facility Management Company shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Clause 7.8 of this Deed; “Handover Date” shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Clause 7.4 of this Deed;

  • Any other expenses incurred by the Promoter or the Association or the Apex Body or the Facility Management Company as the case may be, in respect of common areas, common portions, common amenities or facilities not specifically mentioned herein including, but not restricted to, litigation expenses.

  • Facility Management Company shall indemnify and keep indemnified, defend and hold harmless the Client from any demands made against and/or loss caused and/or damages suffered against all third party claims and against any costs or expenses (including legal costs) which the Client may incur, either before or after the commencement of any action, directly or indirectly as a result of any breach of any of the warranties and /or terms of this Agreement.

  • Facility Management Company shall on request provide necessary proof of the Compliance in this regard.

  • UCITS management company means a management company as defined in Directive 2009/65/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 on the coordination of laws, regulations and administrative provisions relating to undertakings for collective investment in transferable securities (UCITS)1;

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;

  • Security Management Plan means the Supplier's security management plan prepared pursuant to paragraph 3 of schedule 2 an outline of which is set out in paragraph 2.7 of the Order Form as updated from time to time;
