Facility Medical Executive Committee definition

Facility Medical Executive Committee means the executive committee of the Medical and Dental Staff.
Facility Medical Executive Committee means: (i) for Carolinas Medical Center– Mercy, the executive committee of the Medical Staff; and (ii) for Carolinas Medical Center – Pineville, the executive committee of that portion of the Medical Staff practicing at Carolinas Medical Center – Pineville, which reports directly to the Facility Medical Executive Committee at Carolinas Medical Center – Mercy. Reference to “Facility Medical Executive Committee” without designation of a particular facility shall mean the Facility Medical Executive Committee of Carolinas Medical Center – Mercy, unless otherwise indicated by the context of the reference.
Facility Medical Executive Committee or “Facility MEC” means the committee composed of those members of the Medical Staff at CMC-NorthEast chosen pursuant to these Bylaws to represent and coordinate all activities and policies of the Medical Staff and its departments and committees. The Facility MEC is further defined in these Bylaws.

  • The Emergency Management Plan shall be reviewed by the Facility Medical Executive Committee annually.

  • The approved list of abbreviations and acronyms for medicine and nursing will be that which has been approved by the Facility Medical Executive Committee and is kept on file.

  • These criteria shall be effective when approved by the Facility Medical Executive Committee and the Board.

  • Composition: The composition of the Facility Medical Executive Committee is set forth in Article III, Part G of the Medical Staff Organizational Manual.

  • The CMC-C Medical Executive Committee shall have such meetings as may be required for the proper discharge of its responsibilities, shall maintain a permanent record of its proceedings and actions, and shall report its recommendations to the Board and/or the Facility Medical Executive Committee, as applicable.

  • Benefits Committee means the Employee Benefits Committee of Textron.

  • Transition Committee shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.14.

  • Executive Board means a group of directors elected or appointed to act on behalf of, and within the powers granted to them by, the commission.

  • Medical cannabis pharmacy means the same as that term is defined in Section 26-61a-102.

  • State Management Committee means a Committee comprising representatives from the Confederation of Western Australian Industry, the Trades and Labor Council of Western Australia, Technical and Further Education (TAFE) and the relevant Federal and State Government Departments which approve traineeship arrangements by agreement of each of the parties. The State Management Committee may be established pursuant to the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act, 1975 or any amendment to or substitution of that Act, provided that any Committee or body established in lieu of the State Management Committee has the same representatives structure and decision making processes as that Committee.

  • Supervisory Committee means an oversight committee elected at a general meeting;

  • Legislative Leadership Committee means a committee established, authorized to be established, or designated by the President of the Senate, the Minority Leader of the Senate, the Speaker of the General Assembly, or the Minority Leader of the General Assembly pursuant to N.J.S.A. 19:44A-10.1 for the purpose of receiving contributions and making expenditures.

  • OPSI Advisory Committee means the committee established under Tariff, Attachment M, section III.G.

  • Management Committee means in the case of a Competition which is an unincorporated association, the management committee elected to manage the running of the Competition and where the Competition is incorporated it means the Board of Directors appointed in accordance with the articles of association of that company.
