Facility Operating Fee definition

Facility Operating Fee shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.5 of the Support Agreement.

  • The District acknowledges that the Facility Operating Fee may be reduced or pro-rated if operation of the Facility is restricted to the Operators during any District alteration or capital improvement project.

  • Facility Operator means a person that controls the operation of a facility.

  • Property Management Fee means the fee payable to the Manager for its day-to-day management of the Property pursuant to the Management Agreement.

  • Facility Amount means (a) prior to the end of the Revolving Period, $250,000,000, unless this amount is permanently reduced pursuant to Section 2.5 or increased pursuant to Section 2.8, in which event it means such lower or higher amount and (b) from and after the end of the Revolving Period, the Advances Outstanding.

  • Minimum Disbursement Amount means Twenty-Five Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($25,000).
