Facility Rating definition

Facility Rating means, as of any date, the credit rating provided by Xxxxx’x, S&P or Fitch, as applicable, for the Facility provided hereunder.
Facility Rating means the output potential the Facility can produce under specified conditions, which is generally expressed in kW-AC or MW-AC.
Facility Rating means the facility rating assigned by National Rural to an Eligible Security from time to time in accordance with National Rural's internal risk rating system.
