FACSIMILE REPRESENTATIONS. The County and the Contractor hereby agree to regard facsimile representations of original signatures of authorized officers of each party, when appearing in appropriate places on the Amendments prepared pursuant to sub-paragraph 8.1, and received via communications facilities, as legally sufficient evidence that such original signatures have been affixed to Amendments to this Master Agreement, such that the parties need not follow up facsimile transmissions of such documents with subsequent (non-facsimile) transmission of “original” versions of such documents.
FACSIMILE REPRESENTATIONS. The COUNTY and the CONTRACTOR hereby agree to regard facsimile representations of original signatures of authorized officers of each party, when appearing in appropriate places on the Change Notices and Amendments prepared pursuant to Sub-paragraph 8.4, and received via communications facilities, as legally sufficient evidence that such original signatures have been affixed to Change Notices and Amendments to this Contract, such that the parties need not follow up facsimile transmissions of such documents with subsequent (non-facsimile) transmission of “original” versions of such documents.
FACSIMILE REPRESENTATIONS. The County and the Contractor hereby agree to regard facsimile and other electronic representations of original signatures of authorized officers of each party, when appearing in appropriate places on the Master Agreement and Work Orders, and any Amendments issued pursuant to Sub-paragraph 8.1 – Amendments, prepared and received via communications facilities, as legally sufficient evidence that such original signatures have been affixed to the Master Agreement, Work Orders and Amendments (if any), such that the parties need not follow up facsimile transmissions of such documents with subsequent (non-facsimile) transmission of "original" versions of such documents.
FACSIMILE REPRESENTATIONS. 8.18.1 County and Subrecipient hereby agree to regard facsimile representations of original signatures (i.e., electronic signatures) of authorized officers of each party, when appearing in appropriate places on the Amendments prepared pursuant to Subparagraph 8.1 (Amendments) and received via electronic communications media, as legally sufficient evidence that such original signatures have been affixed to Amendments to this Subaward, such that the parties need not follow up facsimile transmissions of such documents with subsequent (non- facsimile) transmissions of "original" versions of such documents.
FACSIMILE REPRESENTATIONS. The County and the Contractor hereby agree to regard appropriate facsimile or digital representations of original signatures of authorized officers received via a facsimile or electronic communicative as legally sufficient evidence, such that the parties need not follow up facsimile transmissions of such documents with subsequent (non-facsimile or electronic) transmission of “original” versions.
FACSIMILE REPRESENTATIONS. A fax signature is as effective as an original hardcopy. The County and the Contractor hereby agree to regard facsimile representations of original signatures of authorized officers of each party, when appearing in appropriate places on the Amendments prepared pursuant to Section 18.0 (Amendments), and received via communications facilities, as legally sufficient evidence that such original signatures have been affixed to Amendments to this Contract, such that the parties need not follow up facsimile transmissions of such documents with subsequent (non-facsimile) transmission of “original” versions of such documents.
FACSIMILE REPRESENTATIONS. The County and the Contractor hereby agree to regard facsimile representations of original signatures of authorized officers of each party, when appearing in appropriate places on the Amendments and/or Change Notices prepared pursuant to Section 8.1 (Change Notices and Amendments), and received via communications facilities, as legally sufficient evidence that such original signatures have been affixed to Amendments and/or Change Notices to this Contract, such that the Parties need not follow up facsimile transmissions of such documents with subsequent (non- facsimile) transmission of “original” versions of such documents. The Parties hereby agree facsimile and electronic scanned versions of original signatures of authorized signatories of each party have the same force and effect as original signatures such that the parties need not follow up facsimile or electronic transmissions of executed documents with original wet- signature versions.
FACSIMILE REPRESENTATIONS. Except for the parties’ initial signatures to this Contract, which must be provided in “original” form and not by facsimile, County and Contractor hereby agree to regard facsimile representations of original signatures of authorized officials of each party, when appearing in appropriate places on any Change Notice or Amendment prepared pursuant to Paragraph 8.1 (Change Notices and Amendments) of this Contract, and received via communications facilities, as legally sufficient to evidence that original signatures have been affixed to said Change Notices or Amendments to this Contract, such that the parties need not follow up facsimile transmissions of such documents by subsequent (non-facsimile) transmissions of “original” versions of such documents.

The Commission and the Contractor hereby agree to regard facsimile representations of original signatures of authorized officers of each party, when appearing in appropriate places on Change Notices prepared pursuant to Subparagraph 8.1 of this Contract, and received via communications facilities, as legally sufficient evidence that such original signatures have been affixed to Change Notices to this Contract, such that the parties need not follow up facsimile transmissions of such documents with subsequent (non-facsimile) transmission of “original” versions of such documents.
