Factoring Facility Security Documents definition

Factoring Facility Security Documents means the security agreements, pledge agreements, mortgages and other security documents entered into in connection with the Factoring Facility Receivables Purchase Agreement in which Liens are granted on the Collateral to PNC Bank, National Association, as buyer, under the Factoring Facility Receivables Purchase Agreement.

Related to Factoring Facility Security Documents

  • Security Documents means the Security Agreement, the Mortgages, the Intellectual Property Security Agreement, the Pledge Agreement, the Facility Guarantee, and each other security agreement or other instrument or document executed and delivered pursuant to this Agreement or any other Loan Document that creates a Lien in favor of the Collateral Agent to secure any of the Obligations.

  • Dutch Security Documents means the Dutch Security Agreement and the Dutch Share Pledge Agreement and any other Security Document governed by Dutch law.

  • Facility Documents means this Agreement, the Notes, the Account Control Agreement, the Sale Agreement, the Administrative Agent Fee Letter, the Lender Fee Letter, the Collateral Administration and Agency Fee Letter and any other security agreements and other instruments entered into or delivered by or on behalf of the Borrower in favor of the Collateral Agent, the Administrative Agent or any Lender from time to time pursuant to this Agreement.
