FACTORY OUTLET definition

FACTORY OUTLET means a building or part thereof accessory to, and clearly secondary to, an industrial use or a service trade, wherein products manufactured, produced, processed or stored on the premises are kept or displayed for wholesale or retail sale, or wherein orders are taken for the delivery of such products.
FACTORY OUTLET means an establishment owned by a manufacturer that is used primarily to offer, at retail, the manufacturer’s products directly to the consumer for his or her own use and not for resale.
FACTORY OUTLET means a building or part of a building, accessory to a permitted industrial use, where the products manufactured by that industry are kept for wholesale or retail sale.

Provided Tenant secure Landlord's written consent which Landlord agrees not to unreasonably withhold, condition or delay and to the extent permitted under the applicable governmental laws, rules and regulations, Tenant may place one antenna on the roof of the Building. Such placement shall be subject to Tenant agreeing to all of Landlord's reasonable rules and regulations regarding the placement of an antenna which may include, but are not limited to, such issues as Federal Communications Commission compliance, securing permits and approvals, and not causing interference with Landlord's equipment or other tenant's equipment.
