Exclusive Agent. Xxxxx agrees that during the term of this agreement any and all inquiries and/or negotiations on behalf of Buyer relating to the acquisition of any Desired Property shall be through Broker.

Exclusive Agent. Subject to the rules of the Public Employment Relations Board (PERB), the SMCCCD Board of Trustees recognizes the California School Employees Association, Chapter No. 33, as the exclusive and sole negotiating agent for the all classified service positions, except for those positions designated and defined by Government Code and/or the Education Code as management, supervisory, confidential, or represented by another collective bargaining agent. A current listing of classified service positions is described in Appendix A of this agreement. The District and CSEA shall meet at a regularly scheduled labor management committee meetings, in order to discuss and negotiate the proper placement or removal of existing or newly created classified service positions and/or classifications prior to the Board of Trustees approving such positions, if the job descriptions consist of duties performed by employees in the bargaining unit or which by the nature of the duties should be reasonably assigned to the CSEA bargaining unit. This shall not preclude the Business Agent of California School Employees State Association from representing members of CSEA, Chapter No. 33 in the employer/employee relations with the District under the terms of Government Code Section 3540 et seq.

Exclusive Agent. Client agrees that during the term of this agreement any and all inquiries and/or negotiations on behalf of the Client relating to the acquisition of any Desired Property shall be through Broker. Client agrees to refer any inquiries to Broker from any other broker, salesperson or any other source.

Exclusive Agent. 2.1 Party B agrees that Party A has the right to act as the exclusive sales agent for all products and services of Party B, unless Party A waives the right or Party A objectively is unable to act as the sales agent for certain product or service of Party B due to statutory provisions or restrictions of its own resources, the selling of any product or service of Party B by any means or in any territory must be conducted through the agency of Party A on an exclusive basis. 2.2 To the extent that Party A objectively is unable to act as the sales agent for certain product or service of Party B, Party B agrees that the agency for such product or service shall be conducted by an appropriate third party solely appointed by Party A. 2.3 Party A has the right to develop sub-agents in the territory of its agency, provided that the rights to which such sub-agents are entitled shall not exceed the rights of Party A. 2.4 Party B further agrees, in case Party A deems necessary, Party A has the right to appoint a third party to replace Party A to act as the sales agent of products and services of Party B. 2.5 Without prior written consent of Party A, Party B shall not have any third party other than Party A to sell or participate to sell any product or service of Party B by any means, including but not limited to agency.

Exclusive Agent. The Company recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for those employees covered by the Union’s certification.

Exclusive Agent. During the term of this Agreement, the Employer agrees that it shall not enter into negotiations with any organization other than the Association concerning wages, hours of employment, and other conditions of employment for those persons covered by this Agreement.

Exclusive Agent. Career Agent agrees not to solicit or to contract to solicit applications for life, health, disability income insurance, long term care, or annuities on behalf of any insurance company other than the Company, its subsidiaries, its affiliates or other companies which have marketing agreements with Company or its affiliates, without the express written consent of the Company. Career Agent may solicit applications to be placed through FBL Insurance Brokerage, Inc.

Exclusive Agent. Buyer hereby employs Agent as its sole and exclusive real estate broker and agent for the purpose of locating, securing, and negotiating on behalf of Buyer the purchase of real property in Xxxxxx County, Texas and all adjoining counties (the "Market Area").

Exclusive Agent. The appointment of CARGILL shall be exclusive to CARGILL in the Territory with respect to sales of Products to Customers.
