Failed Tender Date definition

Failed Tender Date means, for Certificates bearing interest at a Term Rate or an Index Rate, the date on which insufficient funds are available for the purchase of all Certificates tendered or deemed tendered and required to be purchased at the end of the Term Rate Period or Index Rate Period as described in Section 5.10.
Failed Tender Date means, for any [202_ Series Bonds] bearing interest at an [Index] [Term] Rate , the date on which insufficient funds are available for the purchase of all [202_ Series Bonds] tendered or deemed tendered and required to be purchased at the end of the [Index] [Term] Rate Period as described in the Senior Indenture.]
Failed Tender Date means, for any 2024 Series C Bonds bearing interest at a Variable Rate, the date on which insufficient funds are available for the purchase of all such 2024 Series C Bonds tendered or deemed tendered and required to be purchased at the end of the Variable Rate Period as described in Section 407(b) hereof.

More Definitions of Failed Tender Date

Failed Tender Date means, for any Bonds bearing interest at a Term Rate or an Index Rate, the date on which insufficient funds are available for the purchase of all Bonds tendered or deemed tendered and required to be purchased at the end of the Term Rate Period or Index Rate Period as described in Section 3.12(c)(ii) of the Indenture.
Failed Tender Date means, for any 2022 Series B Bonds bearing interest at a Variable Rate, the date on which insufficient funds are available for the purchase of all such 2022 Series BBonds tendered or deemed tendered and required to be purchased at the end of the Variable Rate Period as described in Section 407 hereof.

Related to Failed Tender Date

  • Offer Date means the date on which an Exclusionary Offer is made;

  • Minimum Tender Condition shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.15(b).

  • Extension Determination Date means, in respect of a Series of Covered Bonds, the date falling two Business Days after the expiry of seven days from (and including) the Final Maturity Date of such Covered Bonds.
