During the Variable Rate Period, the Remarketing Agent shall determine the interest rate for the Bonds on each Determination Date.
The Bonds are subject to mandatory tender for purchase on the date that the Trustee accepts an Alternate Credit Facility at 100% of the principal amount thereof, without premium, during any Variable Rate Period, plus accrued interest, if any therein to the date of purchase.
