  • That, so long as any of the New Series Bonds shall be outstanding, it will not declare or pay any dividends (except a dividend in its own common stock) upon its common stock, or make any other distribution (by way of purchase, or otherwise) to the holders thereof, except a payment or distribution out of net income of the Company subsequent to December 31, 1943; and that it will not permit any subsidiary of the Company to purchase any shares of common stock of the Company.

  • Subject to the foregoing provisions of this Section, each New Series Bond delivered under this Supplemental Indenture upon transfer of or in exchange for or in lieu of any other New Series Bonds shall carry all the rights to interest accrued and unpaid, and to accrue, which were carried by such other bond and each such bond shall bear interest from such date, that neither gain nor loss in interest shall result from such transfer, exchange or substitution.
