Fannie Mae Program means the Fannie Mae Guaranteed Mortgage-Backed Securities Programs, as described in the Fannie Mae Guide.

Fannie Mae Program means (a) any program offered by Fannie Mae to which a Credit Party is a party as of the Closing Date pursuant to a Fannie Mae Agreement set forth on Schedule 1.1 hereto and (b) any other program offered by Fannie Mae at any time and from time to time after the Closing Date in which any Credit Party participates pursuant to the Fannie Mae Agreements.

  • Program Requirements means certain minimum program entry requirements as well as ongoing program requirements, to be fulfilled by Partner, some of which are general PartnerEdge requirements, some of which are specific for the “Sell Engagement” and some of which are specific for the different “Cloud” Product Families, including, without limitation payment of the Program Fee(s), meeting certain minimum annual revenue requirements, upholding a Sell Authorization for at least one “Cloud” Product Family and other requirements as set out in detail in the PartnerEdge Program Guide and the RSPI.

  • Program Guide The Residential Funding Seller Guide for mortgage collateral sellers that participate in Residential Funding's standard mortgage programs, and Residential Funding's Servicing Guide and any other subservicing arrangements which Residential Funding has arranged to accommodate the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.

  • PACE Program means a program implemented by a municipality to stimulate energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in conformity with Act 270.

  • Educational program means a program for educating and preparing physician assistants which is approved by the board.

  • Cooperative education program means a written voluntary agreement between and among districts to provide certain educational programs for pupils in certain groups of districts.   • Quality Assurance Program means the overall quality program and associated activities including the Department’s Quality Assurance, Design-Builder Quality Control, the Contract’s quality requirements for design and construction to assure compliance with Department Specifications and procedures.
