Fannie Mae Program definition

Fannie Mae Program means the Fannie Mae Guaranteed Mortgage-Backed Securities Programs, as described in the Fannie Mae Guide.
Fannie Mae Program means (a) any program offered by Fannie Mae to which a Credit Party is a party as of the Closing Date pursuant to a Fannie Mae Agreement set forth on Schedule 1.1 hereto and (b) any other program offered by Fannie Mae at any time and from time to time after the Closing Date in which any Credit Party participates pursuant to the Fannie Mae Agreements.

  • Program Guide The Residential Funding Seller Guide for mortgage collateral sellers that participate in Residential Funding's standard mortgage programs, and Residential Funding's Servicing Guide and any other subservicing arrangements which Residential Funding has arranged to accommodate the servicing of the Mortgage Loans.

  • PACE Program means a program implemented by a municipality to stimulate energy efficiency and renewable energy projects in conformity with Act 270.
