FATCA Compliance definition

FATCA Compliance. Compliance with FATCA, as necessary so that no tax will be imposed or withheld thereunder in respect of payments to or for the benefit of the Issuer.
FATCA Compliance means compliance with FATCA and Cayman FATCA Legislation, including as necessary so that (i) no tax or penalty will be imposed or withheld under FATCA and Cayman FATCA Legislation in respect of payments to or for the benefit of the Issuer and (ii) the Issuer can comply with any information reporting requirements in connection with FATCA and Cayman FATCA Legislation.
FATCA Compliance means the requirement that foreign financial institutions, including any foreign subsidiaries of U.S.-based organizations, take all appropriate steps to comply with FATCA, including but not limited to:

The Subscriber hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any and all withholding taxes, interest, penalties and other losses or liabilities suffered by the Company on account of the Subscriber not providing all requested information and documentation in a timely manner. The Subscriber shall have no claim against the Company for any form of damages or liability as a result of any of the aforementioned actions.
FATCA Compliance means compliance with FATCA and any related provisions of law, court decisions, or administrative guidance, including the Issuer entering into and complying with an agreement with the Internal Revenue Service contemplated by Section 1471(b) of the Code or any comparable requirements under the intergovernmental agreement between The Netherlands and the United States and any implementing legislation thereunder, in each case as necessary so that no tax will be imposed or withheld under those sections in respect of payments to or for the benefit of the Issuer.
