Faulty Equipment definition

Faulty Equipment means a failure of the Equipment to operate in accordance with the manufacturer specifications;
Faulty Equipment shall have the same meaning;

Examples of Faulty Equipment in a sentence

  • Faulty Equipment If the Hirer considers any equipment to be faulty as supplied the hirer must notify Theme Productions immediately and hire will cease from the time such notification is received, provided that the equipment is found to be faulty by Theme Productions.

  • Where the Equipment has developed a Fault and the Customer has not taken a Support package the warranty replacement works as follows:- • Valid for one year from the date of purchase or otherwise per the Manufacturer • CommsFM and the Customer will work to diagnose suspected Faulty Equipment (potentially at the Customer’s cost).
