FAW Rules definition

FAW Rules means the Rules for the time being of the FAW.

FAW Rules. ’ means the rules and regulations of the Football Association of Wales Limited (’’FAW’’) as amended from time to time and all bylaws, orders, codes, policies, procedures and any other directive or information issued by the FAW from time to time;

  • The breach or abuse of these Regulations (including, without limitation, submission or misleading or falsified documents or information by an Applicant) will be a Disciplinary Offence under the FAW Rules and Section E of the FAW Rules shall apply.

An ITC may not be requested by the Association on TMS in its absolute discretion unless an application for registration has been Submitted by the Club via FAW COMET which is compliant with FAW Rules and/or Regulations.

  • Provisions relating to disciplinary procedures, disputes, appeals, independent arbitration, penalties, sanctions and other powers shall be dealt with in accordance with the FAW Rules and FAW Regulations including Rules 37-54(A) and 146 of the FAW Rules.
