FDR Meeting definition

FDR Meeting means a Field Dispute Review Meeting, as more particularly described in Article X.

  • Under this second step of the process, a Professional may appeal the FDR Meeting decision by submitting a written claim to the Deputy Secretary for Public Works, 00xx & Xxxx Xxxxxxx, Harrisburg, PA 17125.

  • Shareholder Meeting means an annual general meeting of shareholders or special meeting of shareholders of the Company called for the purpose of electing directors to the board of directors of the Company.
