Federation Representative definition

Federation Representative as used in this Agreement means any qualified designee of the Federation. Whenever the singular is used in this Agreement it is to include the plural.

Federation Representative is used, it shall mean the school teacher committee authorized by the Federation, and elected by teachers in the building.
