Fee Schedule Period definition

Fee Schedule Period means the period of time indicated in the Fee Schedule and, if applicable, the PBM Fee Schedule Addendum of the most current ASO BPA.
Fee Schedule Period means the period of time indicated in the Fee Schedule specifications of the most current Exhibit 4 - ASO BPA of this Agreement.
Fee Schedule Period means (i) with respect to each Initial Quarter, the calendar quarter commencing on the first day of such Initial Quarter, and (ii) with respect to each calendar year after 2009, the calendar year commencing on January 1 of such calendar year.

The schedule clearly demonstrates the critical path of activities, durations and necessary predecessor conditions that drive the end date of the schedule. The Baseline Schedule shall not exceed the time limit current under the Contract Documents.

  • Progress Schedule means a schedule of the Work, in a form satisfactory to Owner, as further set forth in Section 3.02.

  • Milestone Schedule means Seller’s milestone schedule, the form of which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Q.

  • Schedule B herein mean Schedule B attached hereto as constituted on the Effective Date, and thereafter as it may be amended from time to time (deemed or in writing) pursuant to Section 16 or 19(l).

  • Transition Services means a coordinated set of activities for a child with a disability that:
