FF&E Agent Fee Letter definition

FF&E Agent Fee Letter means the "Collateral Agent Fee Letter" as defined in the FF&E Facility Agreement.
FF&E Agent Fee Letter means the "Collateral Agent Fee Letter" as defined in the FF&E Facility Agreement. "FF&E Arrangement Fee Letter" means the "Arrangement Fee Letter" as defined in the FF&E Facility Agreement.
