FF&E Expense definition

FF&E Expense for any period shall mean the amount expended for FF&E Work in, at or to the Properties or any Individual Property (including any installation, delivery or other related cost).
FF&E Expense shall have the meaning set forth in the Mortgage Loan Agreement.

  • Rental Expense means, with respect to any period, the aggregate amount of rental payments made by the Company and its Subsidiaries (determined on a consolidated basis) for such period with respect to operating leases.
