Examples of FF&E Work in a sentence

The earlier of (i) the date Tenant has occupied any portion of the Premises for the conduct of its business, as opposed to occupying any portion of the Premises for the installation of the FF&E Work, as defined in Section 4 of Exhibit 10.03, or (ii) the Substantial Completion Date (as defined in Section 12.01 of Exhibit 10.03).
Lender shall not be required to disburse FF&E Work Reserve Funds more frequently than once each calendar month nor in an amount less than the Minimum Disbursement Amount (or a lesser amount if the total amount of FF&E Reserve Funds is less than the Minimum Disbursement Amount, in which case only one disbursement of the amount remaining in the account shall be made).
The Required Repairs constitute FF&E Work and accordingly may be paid for with FF&E Reserve Funds subject to the requirements set forth in Section 3.6.
No portion of Landlord’s Contribution shall be permitted to be used for the FF&E Work.
Each party shall use reasonable efforts to cause its contractors and/or consultants to cooperate so as to complete the Base Building Work, Finish Work, and FF&E Work in an expeditious manner, provided that nothing herein shall require the Landlord to incur any additional expense or delay in construction of the Landlord Work.

More Definitions of FF&E Work

FF&E Work means the replacement of FF&E.

FF&E Work means Approved Capital Expenses and Approved FF&E Expenditures. The insufficiency of FF&E Reserve Funds will not relieve Borrower from its obligation to fulfill all preservation and maintenance covenants in the Loan Documents or in the Franchise Agreement.

FF&E Work shall refer to the work which Tenant shall be responsible to perform and to pay for at Tenant’s sole cost and expense (it being agreed that the cost of which work shall not be subject to reimbursement from Landlord’s Contribution) to provide furniture, fixtures and equipment for the Demised Premises, including, without limitation, telephones, computers, monitors, data center equipment, networking equipment, movable work stations, office equipment, radios and related equipment, and/or audio visual equipment in connection with Tenant’s preparation of the Demised Premises for Tenant’s initial occupancy thereof.

FF&E Work means any labor performed or materials installed in connection with any FF&E Expenditure.

FF&E Work shall refer to the work which Tenant shall be responsible to perform and to pay for at Tenant’s sole cost and expense (it being agreed that the cost of which work shall not be subject to reimbursement from Landlord’s Contribution) to provide furniture, fixtures and equipment for the Demised Premises, including, without limitation, telephones, computers, monitors, data center equipment, networking equipment, movable work stations, office equipment, radios and related equipment, audio visual equipment, and/or any kitchen or related equipment for the RTS Kitchen Use in connection with Tenant’s preparation of the Demised Premises for Tenant’s initial occupancy thereof except that FF&E Work shall not include any RTS Build-out Work.
