  • Where the Providing Unit has committed to a faster response than 2 seconds, and is eligible for a FFR Fast Response Scalar greater than 1, the Providing Unit shall provide its Expected response within its FFR Response Time at each Reserve Trigger.At times of high Frequency, where the Providing Unit is providing an over frequency response, the Frequency Response Curve design is the same (the control parameters may differ) except mirrored about the Nominal Frequency.
