Field Service Charge definition

Field Service Charge means the charge applied when a check is returned for Not Sufficient Funds and a door hanger notice must be made or water must be turned off when the payment of the water bill is delinquent by more than 10 days in accordance with Appendix I - Rates and Fees Schedule.
