Fiesta Parties means Fiesta, the Fiesta Subsidiaries, and any other Subsidiary of Fiesta (including those formed or acquired after the date hereof).

Examples of Fiesta Parties in a sentence

  • The Fiesta Parties shall be solely responsible to pay and discharge all obligations, when such obligations become due, under the Fiesta Deferred Compensation Plan.
