Fill Management Plan definition

Fill Management Plan means a fill management plan required as a condition of a permit pursuant to Section 4.07 of this By-law, in accordance with the Guidelines, and approved by the Director;
Fill Management Plan means a plan for the management of fill required as a condition of a permit issued pursuant to section 4.3.7 of this By-law;
Fill Management Plan means a detailed document approved by the Director that has details on current conditions, existing and proposed grade elevations, how the site alteration activities will be conducted, the final site conditions and the impact mitigation measures to be employed and as further set out in Schedule “C” Fill Management Plan Standards below;

Examples of Fill Management Plan in a sentence

  • The parties agree that the Operator’s Commercial Fill Operation and the Fill material will be monitored as set out in the Fill By-law 2013-066 and the Fill Management Plan.

  • The parties agree and acknowledge that the Fill Management Plan may be amended in writing by the mutual consent of both parties without amendment to this Agreement, subject to Council approval if such approval is necessary in the opinion of the General Manager.

  • In particular, the parties agree that ongoing revisions to the Fill Management Plan may be required based on the Operator’s experience and expertise, in response to any concerns raised by the Inspector or the General Manager, or as otherwise agreed to by the parties.

  • Management Plan means a plan to manage the activities and protect the special value or values in an Antarctic Specially Protected Area or an Antarctic Specially Managed Area.

  • Project Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.2 of Exhibit B to the ITP.
